American bakeries range from wholesale operations that supply restaurants to neighborhood shops that sell bread, pastries, cookies and cakes over the counter, and many of them also pour coffee. Bagel shops boil and bake on site and sell out of favorite flavors by late morning; donut shops open before dawn and are often family-run; patisseries and cake studios take custom orders for weddings and birthdays and usually need one to two weeks' notice. Ice cream parlors, gelato shops and frozen yogurt bars are seasonal in the northern states and year-round in the South and on the West Coast. Prices are posted per item, by the dozen or by the pound, and most shops now take cards and mobile payment.

Buffalo is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Buffalo follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Lovely place for some breakfast and baked good. Coffee service a little confusing but we figured it out with the help of staff. Great outdoor patio. Lovely staff

We drove from West Amherst for emotional support pastry. The location is in a quiet residential area just off the 190, in what looks like 3 black barndominiums (it's the first one on the left). I got the #3 breakfast sandwich, a strawberry croissant, a hazelnut, a butter, and a cinnamon roll. The sandwich was large and delicious, the pastries are huge and also delicious. They also had savory pastry and a couple pizza options. This place isn't cheap, but you're clearly getting fresh and high quality ingredients from skilled bakers. If you're looking to really treat yourself, this is a place to do it.

Absolutely fantastic bakery in Larkinville. Staff is extremely welcoming, the cafe is cozy and the food was delicious. I got the #3 vegetarian breakfast sandwich! Pistachio Basil Pesto, Provolone, Egg, Arugula. Also got the tomato danish with provolone cream and a loaf of sourdough. All 3 items were excellent

Outstanding experience. Owner talked us through the specials and the menu. We both said the meat was amazing and made our sandwiches. I had the special (Cuban) and I would have eaten two more right then. My boy and I split a cinnamon roll. Great flavor and the customer service was fantastic. Will go back again.
